These are pictures of what my bedroom looked like in 1976. This was 5 years in the making. I started it in 1971. There are no words to describe this room. The pictures speak for themselves...
Whoa! Looks like Sally Simpson's room! My mom wallpapered my room right before I discovered the Who! I made up for it when we moved my sr. year of high school. I was really into the Doors then, so Jim was everywhere (along with the Who, of course!). Thanks for visiting my blog! You lived in Sweden? How long did you live there? Must have been wonderful. How are the kitties? Take care, Sue
Wow!! suesjoy is right it looks like Sally Simpson's room!!! Hope you are doing well. I'm looking for a new Brittany, it was a hard decision, but I miss the company of a furry friend, such good friends to have around. Thanks for stopping by x Grace
I love the photos & I'd feel quite comfortable in that room. Looks much like mine did! I had lots Beatles stuff, especially John - he was my hero, too.
Nothing much has changed over the last 30 years & I still love them all to bits. But Pete is the dearest to my heart.
I have the 2 drawings that I did of Keith & Pete framed & hanging on my living room wall. That's all I'm allowed...
Yeah I guess I was a bit obsessed.:) But it was a lot of fun! In October of that same year, I took it all down. The only thing that I still have out of all that are two posters of Pete. Everything was either given away or thrown away. I'm kicking myself now for doing that. Oh well. At least I still have the pictures of the room in its glory.
This is every Who fan's dream room! And 1976 was certainly THE Who year!!!
We went to the Royal Albert Hall tonight with my mom to hear Stamatis Spanoudakis. If you don't know him, he's a fantastic greek composer, kind of New Age, bit rock, bit Byzantine music and very handsome! He's got his own website Lovely man...
Give lots of kisses to the kitties and doggies xoxoxo M
I am originally from Chicago but moved to NC about 10 years ago. I am an animal lover and am currently involved in managing a feral/stray cat colony.
Music is my second love. It helps keep me sane!

Wow! You had a collection of blinding size! Ok, maybe it's a BIT obsessed too, hehe. I admit I had a similar thing going on although it was U2 then :)
